A strategic approach to branding design
Step 1 – Creation of Your Brand Strategy
This is the most important step, and sets the foundation for everything else we will be doing. First, we work together to understand your business, your goals, your unique selling points, your target audience. We then create or improve on your brand messaging.
Step 2 – Design of your Brand Identity
At this step, we begin to work on the logo. Based on what we’ve achieved in the first step, we explore multiple concepts, colours and typefaces to create options for your brand identity. We share these with you, and work together to ensure you are perfectly satisfied. The final logo is then sent to you in multiple formats – for both print and digital use.
Step 3 – Design
Once you are pleased with your logo, we begin work on all the additional stationery or additional designs you may need. Examples of other additional designs you may need include business cards, letterhead, roll-up banners, flyers, invoices/receipts, envelopes, icons, social media covers, email signature, email templates, … basically everything that involves your new brand identity.
Step 4 – Brand Guideline Development
Finally, we create your brand guidelines – an important document that contains a breakdown of the brand identity, the fonts used, and the color codes. Your brand guidelines document will also contain instructions on how to (and how not to) use your logo.
